About Us
The business is lead by David Wagg, a Chartered Quantity Surveyor.
David is an experienced Quantity Surveyor, Cost Consultant, Contract Administrator, Employer’s Agent, Development Monitor, Compliance Monitor and Expert Witness providing knowledge, expertise and support in all areas of technical and professional services to Clients.
David is responsible for the management and development of the business including the development of new Client relationships and work opportunities.
With over 45 years of experience in the Construction industry David has a wide experience of projects ranging in value up to £100 million across a broad range of construction sectors utilising a variety of Building Contracts and Development Agreements.
